I can only fit 190 mg of quercetin in one capsule while I can almost put in 1000mg of green tea in a capsule. There has to be something wrong with the calculations for quercetin.
I had some quercetin in my last order and I could push the sides of the caps together until they touched. I thought I got ripped off since my caps weren't filled and I filled it to over 90%. But I weighed it and it came out ok.
Can you check on the quercetin?
