i've noticed my parents are starting to act their age (mid 50's) lately, and they don't sem to have the same energy and focus that they used to. also, both are at a pretty high risk for cancer, so i thought i'd make some supplement/vitamin mixes for them...

here's the energy one (2 caps, twice a day, morning and afternoon):

Green Tea Extract (50% Catechins) 250 MG
L-Tyrosine 250 MG
Caffeine 150 MG
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10 Natural) 50 MG
Biotin (Biotin) 300 MCG 100%
Folic Acid 400 MCG 100%
Lutein 10 MG
Niacin (Vitamin B3) 20 MG 100%
Pantothenic Acid (Calcium-D-Pantothenate) 10 MG 100%
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2 MG 200%
Thiamine HCl (Vitamin B1) 2 MG 200%
Vitamin A (Vitamin A acetate) 1000 IU 20%
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 6 MCG 100%
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 2 MG 100%
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 60 MG 100%
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 100 IU 25%
Vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopherol) 15 IU 50%
Vitamin K (Phytonadione) 20 MCG 25%

and here's the sleep formula (4 caps, prior to bed):

Chromium (Chromium Polynicotinate 120 MCG 100%
Copper (Copper Chelate) 2 MG 100%
Selenium (Selenium Citrate) 70 MCG 100%
Zinc (Zinc amino acid chelate) 15 MG 100%
Magnesium (Magnesium aspartate) 180 MG 45%
Na R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (NaR-ALA) 100 MG
Melatonin 1 MG
Coleus Forskohlii (20% forskolin) 150 MG
Resveratrol (From Polygonum cuspidatum) 500 MG

they both drink a couple sodas a day, hence the caffiene, which i'll suggest the cut out in favor of this.

anyway, do these look decent for safely increasing energy and minimizing those random age related health issues?
