joint formula input

I am creating a joint formula to be used in conjunction with glucosamine sulfate and MSM off the shelf products.

I would like some input on this:

White willow bark 40mg
boswell serrata 170mg
calcium 300mg
cissus quadrangularis 60mg
vitamin c 20mg
manganese 2mg
collagen 90mg
chondroitin 1010mg

Nice formula, I have read that collagen is not absorbed by the human body. White willow bark is like a natural asprin, so I don't know if you would need that on a daily basis. If you are looking for more of an anti-inflammatory you can try curmcumin which is good.

I would bump you Vitamin C, I supplement with an additional 2 grams of C a day.

Cissus is probably the best ingredient in their for you joints. I would shoot for a least 2 grams. Read up on Cissus on this forum especially in USPLabs forum it really is good.

Try this from CustomCapsule site

Methylsulfonylmethane 1000 MG
Curcumin 500 MG
Chondroitin 2000 MG
Glucosamine 1500 MG
Cissus Quadrangularis 2000 MG
Vitamin D3 400
Calcium 250

This equals 12 caps, however you divide them up into 4 doses of 3 capsules per dose. I would only cost you $40 for a month supply and that is far better than most mainstream joint supplements out there. Also you can get a 20% discount from AM.

Personally I've had luck with cissus and collagen/HA and nothing else really made a difference.
