Insulin Uptake

Hey guys I've been toying around on CC's website and I'm trying to put together a good insulin uptake blend for the creatine monohydrate I take. I've seen a few people put their own for a diabetic, would this still be equally as effective for me as a non-diabetic for creatine uptake ? Thanks.
