What's the deal with this? From what I've read, average dosage seems to be about 500mg, but the site says average is 100-200mg and maximum daily amount is 800. Can somebody fill me in? Is this a typo or is what I've read incorrect?

We are conservative on some of our limits. If this is something you wish for us to increase I can definately look into it.
