Absorbtion Question

I really like the Custom Capsule site a lot. But I am bit hesitant to order.

The reason being, I am not sure how well my mixtures will be absorbed by body. Is there a way to find out if some ingredients compliment or conflict each other? Or if some ingredients are essential to combo w/ another.

There shouldn't be any more of an absorbtion issue with CustomCapsule products than there would with any other brand of products. Some ingredients absorb in the body obviously better than others but it will be the same across all the brands. The site will not let you add any ingredients that would cause a dangerous confliction. A warning will pop up and let you know if you try to do this.

Invalid Link Removed site is good to research absorption issues and let you know what to take with what, and what not to take with what. cause minerals deplete other minerals, and some block the uptake of each other.
