i was wondering what the best ingredients are for a nootropic at custom cap

i used focus xt and found it great, but i noticed custom cap doesnt have some of the ingredients

which ones should i use?

Alcar + Acytyl-L-Tyrosine + DMAE + D/L Phenylalanine is a nice combo. havnt made it at custom capsule but have used bulk and mixed it in water....arrrrgh....capsule is the way to go.
