This is getting stupid.

I had a shipment screw up months ago and it was returned to Custom Capusle, I emailed 3 different people about it with no response. That money is lost. Then I place another order 2 weeks ago and I've gotten no response on that, but apparently they were quick to charge my credit card.

CC has until the end of the week to respond or I'm opening a case with the BBB. I've been a customer for 3 years and this is ****ing insulting.
 
Well they say it takes 3-5 days to process a custom order.
Im on day (business day) 12. And no responses to emails either... wheoo nice customer service!
