I've got a combination down from experience / research, etc, and was looking for some input on it. Main goal is to gain lean mass and lose some extra little fat while doing so. Just recomp overall. And Folic Acid due to folic acid deficiency.
7-Keto-DHEA 150
Coleus Forskohlii (20% forskolin) 75
Na R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (NaR-ALA) 130
1,3 - Dimethylamylamine (Geranium) 20
Resveratrol (From Polygonum cuspidatum) 50
Quercetin (Quercetin Dihydrate) 250
6 Bromo Androst 1,4 Diene 3,17 Dione 50
Cissus Quadrangularis (5% Ketosteroids) 1000
Folic Acid 1200
Rasberry Ketones 400 MG
Any thoughts of something I should add? Or dosage? Thinking of taking it 2x a day. And then it should be enough to last me for a month or two maybe.
