Hi,

My name is Dan Napier, and on 10-1 I placed a substantial order from customcapsule.com. Since then, that order has been listed as "processing." I originally tried to contact CC through email, simply to ask how long I could expect my order to take. I got no response. Since then, I have sent four more emails to the only two addresses I could find, and left two phone messages, and still no response. Now I am simply trying to get my order canceled.

If there is anyone here from CustomCapsule, or if anyone has any information regarding that site, please help me out.
