I'm not even that far into my prep but the 8 hour shifts at work are very long and dragged out that all I want to do is take a nap when I get out, but nothing 4 zap can't take care of.

HIIT 10 sprints

Jitter free,yet extreme energy: 8.5/10
After an 8 hour work shift, i was ready to go once i hit the bench.

Awesome mental focus, clarity, and increased memory: 9/10
Great mind and muscle connection today, especially on biceps, they were blown up and full!

Significant strength and performance increases: 8.5/10
Getting more reps and keeping rest short.

Increased sense of well being: 8.5/10
Cannot wait to get back in the gym for tomorrows workout.

Overall Workout: 8.5/10
Very solid chest workout today, drop set really killed the chest on incline barbell so i didn't hit as many reps as i usually do on flat db and lowered weight on machine flys.

Some of the best strength gains I have ever made in the past 4 weeks. How long do you suggest staying on Zap before taking a break?

Thanks, I'll be finishing up my 4th week this friday so i'll take a week off. Do you use anything in place of zap pre-workout when you take a break?

THE NEXT BEST LEG WORKOUT!! Theres really no word to describe the intensity and focus I brought to the gym today. After receiving word from Jacob that I am now a USP Labs Sponsored Athlete last night and taking some Core Zap, I was eager to hit the gym today and completely destroy previous PR's and my legs. I decided to go for 290 on squats and get every rep i could with perfect form. I nailed 6 easily and once I hit 9 it felt as if my head was going to explode, legs were taxed afterwards and sumo squats were killer. All other reps were explosive positives, with 1-2 second holds, and a 3-4 second negative. My goal of hitting 300+ on squats for 6 during prep will be accomplished this Friday. I will be finishing up my log this Saturday but needless to say, the results on Zap have been phenomenal to this point.

Very solid workout today. Legs are toasted from yesterday! Upped some weight, got a wicked pump in my chest, bi's, and tri's. Chest flies were killer and focus was spot on today. Tried out 35's on dumbbell tricep extensions but I only managed a rough 8 on my first set. I think i'll stick to the 30's and just concentrate on getting a good range of motion and keeping constant tension on the tri's. Energy was solid today especially by the time i hit the gym and performance was on point as usual. Very satisfied with the increase in reps and weight today.

Solid back and delt workout today. Energy took a bit to kick in but I was on a roll by the time i got to my working sets for wide grip pull downs. Rest was much shorter than usual and I still managed to hit target reps and increase weight. Definitely a great workout considering by the time I got to HIIT I was hitting each sprint harder and harder. Finished the bottle today so I will post a full review most likely sometime tomorrow. Already have another bottle bought and waiting to be used.

I would run it 4-6 weeks and then take 1-2 weeks break.
Exactly the question I was going to ask.

Also, I went outside the guidelines and dosed 6 caps - was a bit too much (especially considering I was stacking with ReCreate) - kids, don't try this at home.

However - will certainly recommend ReCreate/Zap - that's a sweet mix.

Nice!
