| Registered User | GlycerGrow question How does the water retention of this compare too... is it more like creatine monohydrate's bloat or more of a muscle fullness, I'm cutting and this looks like it might be useful, but if its more of a bloat its probably not for me because that kills my motivation |

You guys dose it like it says to on the label or you do more than that? Yeah I heard that about the water intake before, I usually have no problem with that, but I'll try to drink more anyway, I usually hit about a gallon and a half a day probably more once summer comes around. | |
