CONTROLLED LABS will be choosing several reputable members from this forum to do a detailed log / review of Purple WRAATH - PURPLE LEMONADE

In the interest of reliable, safe, honest, unbiased, and objective feedback, tester requirements will be very strict. We will be selecting testers who take their training and nutrition seriously. The "log / review" should last around 40 days (80 servings @ 1-2 servings per day), and must include a final summary. Before / after photos, measurements, and stats are optional, but strongly preferred.

Id definately test this if noone else is up for it. I am running a log on atomic meltdown but it was one i started and there would be no conflicting. If others are up for it though ill step down but if not ill throw a log for you guys most def.

Recently have kinda re-thought my goals and am focusing on overall health and basically slowly lean-bulking. Been wanting to try PW for over a year now, but have always heard it tastes really bad. New flavor makes me think this could change.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I am strength-training 3-4 days a week atm and cardio/light abs the other 2. Doing a lot of running and jump-roping

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): Basically I am not on anything. I do all the basics. I am on GreenMAG, the new lemonade flavor that is A-Mazing. Other than that, its just bA and fish oil.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I am dieting pretty strict lately. 6 meals a day every 2.5 hrs. All meals are a balance of about 30-50-20.

Current Daily water intake: 2 Gallons easy...

Short Term Goal: Just slowly lean bulk and prep for a ripped summer.

Long Term Goal: Hold right at 215 with very low bodyfat year-round.

I don't get injured easily nor do I hardly ever get sick (which a lot of loggers do for some reason). I will be able to log the entire way through with little distractions.

Monday: Deltoids, Chest, Triceps
Tuesday: Hams, Quads, Calfs, Back, Lats, Biceps
