well you do realize BA needs to be in your system for 2 weeks to raise your carnosine levels.Im about to start bulk BA and im gonna dose it a 2 grams 3 times a day for the first 2 weeks.Im getting my bulk from nutraplanet its only 40 bucks for a kilo!!!The white flood can be on the expensive side!Good luck! Seriously. Actually Vitamin World seems to be discontinuing carrying you guys so they put everything CL at 50% off retail. I picked up two White Flood and two Purple Wraath for a cool $120. Cheapest and best way to go
