hey, im new to this site, but always everywhere looking for good reviews on supps. and you guys stuck out the most. Im taking all universal right now. A weight gainer shake in the morning, whey shake pre work out, and then stack the storm and shock theropy. whey post workout shake, wait till i go to bed n take a milk and egg protein shake. i take animal pak and always throw in some additional BCAA's to my shakes. exceptional gains, but i wanna try ur stuff.
right now im mainly into putting on good quality lean mass and not cutting up too much. i always workout at night and i was thinkin of taking green mag, white blood, glycergrow, and purple wrath. from what i read, these seemed right for me. what do u think? and I am 18.

Ive taken Green Magnitude and White Flood. I had some problems ( not relating to supplements) that I had to discontinue to keep my parents satisfied. I will go in for a blood check and when things get in order I will start up agian. Energy is really good off White Flood and Green Mag. Even off both supplements after using it for a month I feel that I kept the strength. If your looking for a preworkout supplement, White Flood is for you. Purple Wrath will help DOMS from the intesnse workouts. Im not sure about the function of White Blood however. I believe you can take White Blood on off days while not working out. Stack looks good. I would add in White Flood tho, try it and you'll love it. And for 35 bucks a 2 month supply is an awesome deal. best of luck.

alright sounds good, yeah white flood seems better casue i like powders more than pills, its just since it has stims in it i didnt wanna be up all night

yeah no problem, my workouts are about 2 1/2 hours long. always try to make them as intense as possible. Ive been working out/ bodybuilidng serisly for a lil over a year. and im 210 pds at 6'2
Mondays and Wednesdays: Back Bis and Delts.
Tuesdays and Thursdays : Legs
Wednesdays and Saturdays: Chest and Tri's
Then on sundays I like to train muscles that don't get much isolation. Such as obliques, forearms, traps, along with a good 10 mile bike ride in the morning. I do abs after every work out.
I can bench 200lbs x 5
Squat 315 lbs x 6
Deadlift 300 lbs x 6
Id say my biggest flaw is tri's and chest, very hard to grow those babies.
I eat clean, No soda, white bread, fast food or anything.
I eat alot of chicken, tuna, and turkey, and have a calorie intake of 3000 to 5000 calories a day. lots of whole grain bread, oats, and fruit.
I'm not sure if that what you wanted to know but tell me what's up cause i got no real workout buddies so I'm always looking for advice. thanks for getting back to me

yes, i do dips, 4 sets 12, 10, 10, 8
i switch off flat bench and incline DB fly.
and i do incline barbell for chest, not dumbbell
