So far i've only tried 2 scoops altho I drink 1/2 PRE/POST.
As I'm getting over a cold and the energy level is low, would there be anything wrong with going 2 scoops PRE, 2 POST? Or maybe 1.5 pre/post.
generally I wouldn't go above 3 scoops per day because th tingles may get too intense. if you can handle them then the sky is the limit.
should i be taking a scoop on off days?
