Anyone ever try green mag during your workout. I just ordered some White Flood and some Green Mag and want to try the following:
30-40 min pre: White Flood
Sipped on way to gym and drank throughout workout:
-20g WMS and Green Magnitude (or should I just take all the WMS post w/o? I thought it might be a good mix as the WMS can help shuttle the green mag...)
Post w/o: 60g more WMS, then 20min later 50g protein
Whatcha ya think? I am anxious to try it out!
