Arginine and Ornithine have been shown to enhance the natural anabolic effects of weightlifting, and even promote greater strength gains within weeks!! What about Vanadium toxicity ?

The dose used in White FLOOD™ is not toxic, and is still effective as part of the complete formula. White FLOOD™ also includes potent antioxidants and is designed to be used with Green MAGnitude / Green BULGE, which include protective agents against liver toxicity. In addition, White FLOOD™ is designed for pre-workout use only, and users can adjust dosage as needed (1 scoop is effective).

also, how common is it for users to lift on an empty stomach? i find myself going back and forth on this because the pump supps work best on an empty stomach, but do i want to be hitting the weights without the proper carbs and protein in my system?

From the white flood log on here, and the guy from my gym who just got it. I think you even commented on the white flood log and said something like, "honesty is good."

If it needs more water or to be mixed with something else thats not the end of the world as long as I get mega pumps and a great attitude!
