    for this product take 1 scooop pre work_out.
    but it's possible half scoop pre work_out and half scoop post work_out
    1 scoop it's is maximum dose? 1 scopp e 1 scoop post?

    All you need is 1 scoop - anymore would be overkill - once creatine is past the point of saturation, you just pee the rest out.

    Many people do half a scoop pre - half a scoop post. especially people who are sensitive to magnesium.

    this is good advice. i would try it this way first and see how you react. if you feel alright, dont have the squirts after, i would do the full dose pre workout.
