    Haha, ONE of the biggest. My friends who also lift there are HUGE. Manko Oyaji, and Notabear. They are MUCH bigger and stronger than me.

    I can do both, but that time it was gripping my hand because I was trying to show the dude that a one arm pull up is not very hard if you know a small trick lol.
    Though I have to be doing it with a closed grip if i'm doing a true one arm pull up.


    The weights are actually at least 8 inches from my feet. So unless I pull it, move my feet outwards and pull the bar left/right, my feet are safe. I feel like a beast though lifting barefoot haha! I know the other guys at the gym must hate me for it. The gym staff all know me pretty well adn let me do almost anything... like lift bare footed, video tape, take pics, and make as much noise as I want.... hahahah!

    I still think I'm staying away from the sumo deads though. I have a pair of steel toe boots I like to use time to time on leg day though...

    I stayed pretty low on weight. Just got the contraction and the TUT lol. Still confused as how I will lift come next week. I'm thinking of just going on with 5x5 lol.

    had to take out everything with caffeine in it when I started my PH cycle so i dropped this for a week. Back on and man... Its great!!! lol

    Done. Good pumps today. Full on contraction on every rep slow burn workout. Good stuff. Arms were pumped. I think I can go a little heavier this time. My new training mentality for this phase is FAILURE.

    I think I got about 3 more workouts in me. Tomorrow I might do an AM/Pm split. 1 scoop morning, one afternoon? Hmm... LETS DO IT!

    Hopefully Mdrol doesnt blow up my heart haha. Should be okay. I havent felt really jittery on this.

    Loving this stuff. I think price wise this might be the most bang for your buck on effectiveness in a pre workout product out there. I just checked the 100 serving bottle. I think its around 39.99 on most retailers. Thats damn good.
