So i just got my bottle and took 1 scoop in about 8OZ of water...

Taste-10/10
DAMN GOOD! like a spearamint tea, i was expecting it to be grassy, and clumpy like other greens drinks i have had before

energy- nothing yet i figure this may change after a few days

digestion- i usually take acidophilus to digest my food and proteins without the excessive gas but for the month I will not be taking that and the oximega will be in place of this.
i usually eat a green veggie either broccoli or green beans with dinner but that is it so hopefully the extra greens can help heal my body and bring it back to more basic levels

I wouldnt think you'd notice a significant energy boost from it. It's more for overall health

Great so far bro!

Agree with powercage about the energy. If you do notice energy boost, it will be culminative over time.

How does it compare to other greens products so far?

Yup, veggies are definitely underrated, there's a reason why our parents told us "finish your veggies"...lol.
We also have servings of veggies and fruits in Golden Gains....for those who don't use this product, at least they're getting some in their protein drink.

From the studies I've read regarding vegetables, I find myself using Oximega greens and buying more vegetables at the supermarket. and I was always a "meat and potatoes guy" :D

Funny, I was reading some old (mid 1800's) martial arts literature.

There was a famous master (in the esoteric world of Chinese martial arts) who would drink a blend of herbs and green beans once a day to keep his health and energy up.

It reminded me of this product. :)
