was wondering if someone on here can help,
i have been taking green magnitude, and after taking it im in the bathroom for the next 3 hours off and on.
if i switched to the tablets of green buldge would the "side effects" be better or worse?
i assume the issues i have are due to the green mag being a liquid supplement.

Your body just may not be used to it.

Take 1/2 scoop of GM pre workout and 1/2 scoop of GM post workout. Also take it with a piece of bread or some sort of carb.
