Well, when I am tight for cash, I don't go off orange triad. I use less. I might take 3-4 tabs instead of a full 6 tab serving a day. Due to its potency, 3 tabs a day gives you far more than most other multis at full dose, and a bottle will last 90 days. That's $10 a month. I am not sure controlled labs would endorse this plan :lol:, but going by the numbers on the label its the choice I make.
