Would Purple InTrain work against my goal of depleting glycogen storages in my body to reach ketosis?

.. The overall carb count is low per serving (5 grams), however, I've never used Glycerol in conjuction with a Keto diet before, nor Banaba, so I'm wondering if these two could be counter-active for my ketosis goal?



I LOVE the formulation for the Purple InTrain. It's basically like an enhanced AEN IntraBolic, which is my #1 or #2 all-time favorite intra-workout drink.

I appreciate the love for Purple InTrain. I have read about the keto diet and was about to try in the past but chickend out in the end.

As for glycerol and banaba working against ketosis, I'm not sure. Personally I would do a clean keto for a few weeks, IE no supplements or just the basics. Then start adding supplements in slowly to see how your body reacts.

I don't know if this is the answer you want, but that is how I would approach the situation personally. I'll forward your message upwards though.
