Can you guys please elaborate on this? Do you have any evidence of this, or is it just an assumption?

I've been doing DC Training for quite some time now, and bought GG a while back... barely used it, and then pulled it out again today. Might give 'er a go again while I'm cutting.

Does it take a while to build up in the system, or should I be feeling it from day 1?

This morning I had 3 scoops in my pre-workout shake and 2 scoops in my intra-workout drink (Xtend/Beta-Alanine) and didn't notice anything. I also drank 32oz. of water between these.
