I'm curious what brought on the changes? I'm not disappointed to see the CEE go, as I'm fairly sure it didn't do much to begin with, but I'm curious about the betaine hcl vs curcumin switch? Since reading this: http://www.ergo-log.com/curcumin.html I've been quite interested in curcumin, but I am a big fan on betaine hcl (and also of the original green bulge formula, best creatine formula I've tried!).

Can we expect a writeup explaining the changes? (Also the ones I don't mention, I mean: basically the HyperBulge complex has been completely changed, except for the K-R-ALA)

once you try it, i think youll see the difference. we felt the new formula improves creatine uptake and insulin better.
