WF,GM,PW STACK question?

Hey Guys,

Let me know what you think about this stack.

2 scoops WF + 1 scoop GM 30 minutes before work out.

During workout 2 scoops of PW.


Now I am not sure if I am over doing it on the WF + PW scoops.

Should I only be taking 1 scoop of wf + 1 GM before workout and during only 1 scoop of PW.

I think I heard someone saying that 2 scoops of both WF and PW is over doing it.

Let me know what your thoughts are on this and what I should do.

I would assess your tolerance to WF... you may only need one scoop.
Same goes with PW. See how you react and how it affects you.

You could also mix all 3 together, they taste pretty good :)

I have actually been doing the 2 scoops of WF and only one scoop of PW. I feel like I can work out for hours.

Great combo right there! I use 1-2 scoops of PW too. It's a powerful product, no need to megadose.

Yeah,

The WF and GM before my work out and PW during.
