I am new to the forum and thought you guys could help me. Just picked up some wf and GM today. This might be a dumb question but I am having trouble finding the answer in all these threads.
I hit the gym every morning and usually have something light for breakfast.
Should I eat something light before taking WF and GM?
How soon in advance if so?
also how minutes apart should I take wf and GM?
I used to be on BSN n.o. and cellmass but people have told me to give WF and GM a shot because it is that good.
