About to start reduction..

Haven't started yet but how long does the am pill last?
Because i usually like steady energy throughout my day. So would 1 at say 630 am then another at like 12 work? Or would that be overkill?

And yes i know it recommends just one dose in the am.
 
Technically you could do the split dose to maintain energy throughout the day, but I would first try a full dose in the AM and see how long it lasts. It usually gives me steady energy for about 6-8 hours depending on what I'm doing. :)

you are going to love reduction. stuff is unreal. i have been using it for two months have lost a total of 10 lbs, but the mirror results are ridiculous. the inches ive lost especially around the midsection and the lose of water is crazy.

and the price is easy on the wallet too, you dont want the wallet losing too much weight, now do you :D

hell naw. lol good thing i have two jobs that arent really effected by the economy either. lol but the price is great and the product is even better
