Better Pump White Blood or White Flood Tabs

I can't really seem to tell the difference which will give a better pump? Or should I use Green Bulge?

White FLOOD is an energizer, but it will cause great pumps too. White BLOOD is a stim free pump product. So it comes down to whether you want stims or not. both will give you great pumps!
