Superior. Best ever would go to creatine, IMO. But as products go, it supplies a TON of results in one formula: endurance, recovery, mental acuity, libido, overall anti-oxidant, joint support, optimal hormone levels, etc.

It's a steal at the price. I will be using it again. If I wasn't poor, I'd make it a staple.
