I know this question has been asked before i"m sure and I've done a bit of researching. Ready to start my second week of my second and I'm bumping my dosage up to 75mgs. In short just wondering how I should dose this amount. I'm currently taking one pill in the morning and then right before I work out around 3:30/4:00pm.
I've read that H-DROL has a half-life of about 8 hours. I'm guessing this means about how long it stays in your system. So would I break this up into three different times or 1 in the morning then 2 before I lift?
