H-drol with formestane bridge

im going to start my h-drol cycle soon, i have cycled it before, im adding in formestane this round, heard great reviews when using these products together, please give my cycle a look and see what you think,

btw im 21 5,9 180 im looking to lean down and put on some good muscle, 3500-4000 cpd

well, i guess it would be okay, i personally wouldn't use forma on a cycle of non aromatizable compounds, but would use it after 2-3 weeks on a serm.

have you looked at instead adding in some dplex, or stanodrol, you could run the dplex at say about 90mg along with the hdrol, or the stanodrol along side the 75mg of hdrol.

interested in the stanodrol, why do you rec. this supp? would this be better than the forma, the forma was recomended to me for gyno prevention is this not a suitable ai to bridge on cycle?

i recomended the stanodrol because it is a pro hormone to dht, which has anti estrogenic properties on it's own, and would also add in the androgenic boost that hdrol is lacking.

hdrol doesnt bind strongly to the androgen receptor, but makes of for this by having a long half life, and having a strong affinity for shbg, freeing up other androgens like test and dht (which your body will still be producing, just in smaller amounts) increasing your free test.

stanodrol being that it converts to the powerful androgen dht, will bring something the other compound is lacking, and therefor possibly create a synergistic effect.

def no worries about gyno with hdrol + stanodrol.

I would probably just run the Nolva at 20/20/20/20 ...maybe lower to 10 the last week

this is just something a lot of people like to do. I don't think it's entirely necessary to do so. The last week at 10 would suffice.

should i use the forma at all, i was thinking that i would go hdrol and stanodrol at 50/75/75/75/75/75 and the stano at 300/450/450/450/450/450 straight to pct would their be any benefit from a bridge with formestane

I've a cycle or two using formex with hdrol and other mixes, every time my joints would damn near burn in pain. Very very dry. And I would get the worst post pct gyno rebound. The last time I tried it without formestane/formex and had zero joint pain bad no post pct gyno and kept the gains much longer too! Just my opinion. Def run them together. Less stress on the body. Good luck bro.

sorry have not used formestane before, have used supress-c however and it worked great for me.

well, first thing is you shouldn't use an aromatase inhibitor on a cycle like hdrol, there really is no need.

the next thing, you have to be careful with the dose, and when you start using topical formestane in pct. I say topical because oral formestane sucks d/t it's poor oral availability. but still, will crush your estrogen on a cycle of non aromatizing compounds like hdrol, which will hurt your joints when you lift heavy and such.

anyways, you would want to begin using topical formestane towards the end of your serm, as you will have new test floating around, waiting to be aromatized by the aromatase enzyme.

so you control estrogen by dosing the topical formestane at a low dose of 100mg e/d post shower, and do so each day, then slowly taper it down, to every other day, then every 2-3 days, then stop using it.

when you crush your estrogen, your body will increase your aromatase in order to bring estrogen levels back up. well, if you dont have anything to prevent the estrogen from binding to the er, all that estrogen is going to cause an imbalance in the estrogen to androgen ratio, and you will experience estrogenic side effects.

no formestane with the hdrol, instead use stanodrol. yes to using an ai in pct towards the end of your serm, and in a low controlled dosage in order to control your estrogen, and not completely destroy it, which is all bad.

estrogen is a kep player in muscle/strength gains among other things. it is very benificial on cycle and in pct, you just have to keep it under control.

Inhibit e would be over kill, and I'd recommend keeping the forma @ 100mg and taper from there, 200mg is going to be ruff on your joints

yea its a great compound to add to pct, cortisol is a catabolic hormone, you want to keep those low and the anabolic hormones high in pct
