H-drol/ P Stanz

So I've been planning a PH cycle for a long time and have done a fair bit of reading. Here is what i came up with.

This week ive been taking cycle assist 2xdaily and plan on starting cycle on saturday. (also had blood work done on tuesday)


Hdrol 50/75/75/75/75/100
Pstanz 200/200/200/200/200/250

PCT
Nolva 20/20/10/10
DAA 5g/4g/3g/3g

Other stuff:
Cycle support will be ran 2xdaily until end of PCT
orange triad
fish oil
coQ10+cinnamon
R-ala
TMG(taken with DAA PCT)
Probiotics/digestive enzymes
lots of protein powder

I also have formestane if need be... and a bottle of supress C but not sure exactly when best place to put that in cycle.(i'm guessing some point in pct)

Main goal is to recomp. I'm about 5'9 226-230lbs day to day with a decent amount of flubber on me.

Lifts are aprox:

Front squat 260x3 ( I rarely back squat think 320x3 was last set i did)
Deadlift 400x1
DB bench 100's x 3?
Power clean 220lbx1
Bent row 220x5

Looking for input on what some of the more experienced people here think about cycle. Am I missing anything, should i switch anything around?

oh and as PH history, I ran 4 weeks of SD in 2009.

After reading some of the other logs on here, im going to try to log mine here. Some very insightful people around here.
 
I would just run the Hdrol at 75 mgs the whole way thru(w/ Pstanz as planned). Suppress C is great for cortisol control during PCT. Most start on week 3 of PCT , however i prefer to start week 2

I will take your advice and use it, thanks.
