otc pct or serm pct??

i notice on this forum that otc pct is reccomended but on many other forums people wont run a cycle without a serm. so which is it im confused?

You said it yourself. Even those who run OTC will have a SERM on hand. I believe in having letro on hand as well. Rather be safe than sorry bro......

Depends on how harsh your cycle is man. E.g. some people use OTC with mild PH like H-Drol.

I did 6 weeks H-Drol 50mg 1st week 75mg the rest, my first cycle, and I did not feel shut down at all. My PCT was:-

Nolva - 20/20/10/10
TCF- 1 - dosed according to bottle
PCT Assist - 0/0/6/6/6/6
Lean Xtreme - 0/3/3/3/3

And all other usual support supps (e.g. creatine, Jack3d etc....)

I know people say that they feel they recover faster with SERM, opposed to OTC.

I felt way better quicker with nolva 20/20/10/10 and recycle for pct then I did running primordials TRS. Same cycle.

Read more bro, we all respond differently to PH's, supplements, etc.. IMO yes always have one on stand by, or better yet if you have it use it. Some guys are saying SERM with mild AI, which Im considering for my next pct..

cant ever be to safe bro, definitely a good call to always have a legit serm just in case.
