Started my M-Drol cycle today.

This is my first cycle, I am 21, 6'3 192 lbs I heard about the stuff from friends in the military who used with good results. Been lifting for 2 years. After ordering it and doing my research I quickly realized this was nothing to take lightly. I know I should be doing something lighter for my age and experience, but I already have the stuff so I figure I will just go light.

Going to be doing a 10/10/20 since this is only my first cycle.

WEEK 1 LOAD CYCLE ASSIST
WEEK 2 CA/M DROL 10MG
WEEK 3 CA/M DROL 10MG
WEEK 4 CA/M DROL 20MG One pill at 9 am and one Pre-workout around 7 pm
WEEK 5 NOLVADEX 20MG / POWERFULL / ZMA
WEEK 5 NOLVADEX 20MG / POWERFULL / ZMA
WEEK 6 NOLVADEX 10MG / POWERFULL / ZMA
WEEK 7 NOLVADEX 10MG / POWERFULL / ZMA


Will be dieting heavy, lots of water intake at least 1 gallon, also drinking about 1/2-3/4 gallon per milk each day.

Please let me know what supplements would be good to ad to the stack, I will be taking the usual the whole time ( whey, preworkout, creatine )

More than likely going to invest in an additional liver care product and some taurine.

I have already started, I only took one 10mg pill though, today would be day two, I have been contemplating not taking any further and switching to something milder. Would My body be alright if I didn't go any further? My pct is in the mail but would it be necessary for one pill?
 
just go with the m-dol your cycle looks fine 20mg is not that high on sd
and keep taking you cycle assist through your pct
 
I see so many mixed reviews on the stuff, some say its death in pill form, some say its no big deal. Ill most likely just do 10mg for the three weeks and see how it treats me.
 
do not get me wrong if you asked before you started your cycle of sd i would have said try something milder i would not tell anyone to do sd for their first cycle.
that being said you already started your cycle and it looks good so i would run it
but run your ca thruogh your pct
 
You can lose the preworkout and creatine while on cycle...just save them for PCT. Definitely pick up a liver support supp too.
