After much research I have decided on my stack for the end of the year. This board has been instrumental in helping me put this together. I am confident I will get some nice results!

About me:
6', 195lbs. around 16% BF. In the iron game off and on since college. I graduated in 92. do the math.

Goal:
Recomp. Lose 10lbs bodyfat. Increase LBM, strength.

The Cycle:
Weeks 1-2; 50mg H-Drol
Weeks 3-4; 75mg H-Drol

Weeks 3-4; 20mg Epi
Weeks 5-6; 40mg Epi

Support Supps:
Taurine
Fish Oil
CoQ10 with Hawthorn Berry
Multi
Total EFA (3,6,9)
NOW Liver Regenerator
Size On
Plasma Jet
NOW Glucosamine/Chondroitin
Extra Vitamin C and D (to ward off the nasty flu season bugs)

PCT:
Torem (120/90/60/30)
iForce Resveritol
Not sure if I really need to add in Trib. Dont really believe it adds any benefit for me. YMMV. Opinions???
Continued use of Support Supps above.

Clean diet of around 3,000-3,200 calories per day. Will keep carbs low except for one day on weekend to carb up with low GI foods. LOTS of protein and organic vegetables. Some fruit but only in the morning.

Gym work:
Day 1: Chest, Hams, Abs (30min. cardio)
Day 2: Back and Traps
Day 3: Cardio and Abs
Day 4: Off
Day 5: Biceps, Forearms, Quads and Calves
Day 6: Shoulders, Triceps and Abs (20-30min. cardio)

That sums it up. Feel free to make comments/suggestions.

I noticed some go crazy on PCT adding in all kinds of expensive so called test boosters and the like. Not interested in draining my bank account. Want to keep it simple.

Why do I hear that creatine and NO boosters are no good on a ph cycle?
 
I planned on staying away from any caffeine based pre-workout stims. Concerned about keeping my BP in check. Thanks for the response.
 
I started this cycle on 11/09/09.

First week I did not feel much as it evidently takes a while to kick in. Though the adrenaline of knowing that I was "on" certainly has helped my focus while training. No sides to report. Unless you consider a feeling of well being and elevated mood a side. And morning wood so hard a cat couldnt scratch it.

The first week I got into the gym 3 days and one workout at home. Having a 5 month old child is making it difficult to stay on a regular workout schedule! Let alone get enough rest. I may have to switch to working out every other day.

Week 2 (this week) on Monday I hit chest, traps and Hamstrings. I felt fuller and very focused. I almost couldnt believe it when I grabbed the 70 pound DB's to do chest presses as the 60's were too light! Thats a big jump for me.

Diet has been very clean. No issues there.

I dont have alot of spare time but will try and keep up on this log as much as possible.

Stats after 1-1/2 weeks:
Weight: 201 (dropped 2 lbs. already)
BF: I have an elec. scale and I think its lying. Need to caliper but last check was still 16%.
 
This cycle was a joke. I am going to have to wait before I start another when my son is a little less needy. I got to the gym only twice a week sometimes! Sux. Not enough rest coupled with father duties equals no gym time. Extremely frustrating when you have all this drive and motivation to get in there and you cannot.

However, I did finish the cycle and start PCT today. I have not yet retaken measurements and weight/BF but will tonight.

I can say my strength was up but not by a huge margin like some claim. Definitely more endurance. And if I got sore it went away rather quickly even though the times I hit the gym I hit it HARD.

Any suggestions on what to mix the Torem with for oral administration? Dont take it straight! Ask me how I know.

Is an AI like Resveritol really necessary with the Torem? I've read its not a good idea to mix a SERM with an AI.
