Well I am a new member to this website. This is my first post. I have been a forum slut for a while (going around taking bits and pieces from different websites) so i decided to officially start my own thread. I have taken many over the counter supplements before, my last one was phera plex by CEL. I gained about 20 pounds from it and was very pleased with the results. That was back in March. I now am embarking on a 5 week H-drol cycle and i am very excited. My current stats are: 23 years old, 6'4, 210, ectomorph, been working out for many years now. dont know BF% but it is usually no higher than 10 to 11 %. My cycle will consist of:
H-drol: week 1 75 mg/day
weeks 2-5 100mg/day
Creatine mono
Beta alanine
Multi
Waxy Maize
Milk thistle
Milk Protein morning and night
Whey Protein Isolate after work out
My diet is in check: oatmeal, plenty of fruit, chicken, brown rice, brocolli, pasta, i am ok with eating plain ole food everyday, im just in a routine.

been real curious to see how this compound works, ima get after it!!
 
H-Drol is really good considering it isn't too harsh on the system. I ran it at 100 mgs for 7-8 weeks and the strength gains were huge.
 
Ive just finished a 28 day cycle of H drol with a 28 day PCT of Reversitol. I read for what seemed liked 3 months untill i formed a conclusion of what i was going to do. I went this route. I preloaded Hawthorne Berries 10 days before starting then continued that and Milk Thistle throughout cycle and PCT. I was shooting for 5 weeks but i over reasearched gyno and freaked myseld out enough were i was convinced i had it. I started feeling and seeing results at around the 16th day and really started seeing my body change the rest of the way. Just do yourself a favor get your game plan and stick with it. I just kept reading and reading because lets be honest Gyno is on everyones mind while doing anything like this. I had 20MG Nolva pills on hand but never had to use them thank God. Just eat right and i did Cardio for 20 minutes everyday and really saw my body starting to change. Just stick with it and make sure everything is in your cabinet for PCT before you swallow the first pill. Im planning on another go round 1st of November and going to try and stick out the 5 weeks at 50/75/75/75/75 with Reversitol and AI PCT. But please make sure you have a SERM on hand you may regret not having it
