Whats the half-life of HDrol?

Just wondering because Im taking 75mg a day and not sure what is optimal for how far apart to spread the doses. On a diet too... man, looking to add some of that lean, hard muscle! :woohoo:

Any where between 18-24 hrs ..i personally belive its at 20-24 but there id debate
 
How did I know mw1 was going to respond first? JK buddy, I know I can always count on you all from CEL !! Thanks for the quick reply.... that helps as it really dont matter now. I will be taking 2 pills pre-work out and 1, 8 hours later. Thanks
