You should take it everyday even on non-workout days. This will make your body hormonal system more stable.
If you want to do pulse cycle, don't do more than 3 days 'on' per week.
I think H-Drol is not suitable for pulse cycle because it takes longer to fully kick in. You could use epi clone / superdrol clone for pulsing since it's fast acting. |
