H-DROL and Training ????

I am going to take a cycle of H-DROL, and was wondering if a certain weightlifting program was optimal. I just started the OVT program about a week ago. Just wanting to know if this is fine to use. Thanks in advance, I've learned a lot from you guys on here.

routine looks good. Although I get so freaking intense in the gym that I am unable to follow any of the tempo stuff.....

Lift hard, eat big, sleep long and the results will follow.

You want to stick with something that has worked in the past. Switching to a new program may not be beneficial because of the adaptation that comes along with it.

Like blueboy said, Lift Hard, Eat big (clean), and rest enough and results will show.

It is hard to follow a structered routine! Especially this one. And alot depends on the people around you. I hate now that high school is over all the young ones are there and congregate around a piece of equipment you need just talking and flexing in the mirror. (ahh to be young again) Thanks for the input though and I'm bout to read the link you sent Mr. Big.
