pct assist dosing

i noticed the newer bottles are 180 caps now, and suggest 3 caps 2x a day. my question is would it be any more beneficial to dose 2 caps 3x a day? (not sure what the half life is on trans-rev)

No it would not be any more beneficial..just dose 3 caps twice a day. If you can afford more than one bottle . then 9/9/8/7/6 is nice!
