With that said...looking at your pics and bio you're a good sized 22 year old. It took me 16 more years to achieve similar results (Im 205lbs in shape). I'm 38 and we could workout with relatively the same weights (when Im back 100%). Keep in mind the only PH/steroid I've ever tried was the infamous Androstene and Androdiol back in the late 90's. I only did one cycle. Anyway, although I do see the progress you dont look very lean...and according to your log your stacking a few PH's, correct? Looking at your diet plan, it appears you eat well, but are you truly "Locked In"....Again not trying to be too critical, but If I go the PH route I want to make sure I do the one that renders the best gains. Ultimately everyone will end up with different results, whether its PH or oil's, but I want to be 99.999 % sure before I do my first cycle.
Do you do any cardio? I didnt see any listed in your training logs, and your goals might not call for it, not really sure. Do you think doing cardio would affect the particular PH's that your cycling/stacking? Your side twisting pose looks good, but you looked slightly bloated in your video clip, and facing the camera. Again not being overly critical just looking for solid feedback...Keep Training Hard!! |
oh yeah i am locked in....
firstly i was eating the exact same diet about 6 weeks before i started the cycle and hovered around 223, going down and coming back up. With some small noticable gains. The only thing that i have changed in my diet was the addition of more fish oil, more chicken, beef, fish, one protein bar a day(i have a ton of them, its a long story, but im trying to get rid of them) and maybe eating another meal "out" during the week. So my diet is still pretty clean.
The addition of the bloat is definitely from the pplex. As i tend to naturally hold a good amount of water, i can tell with the pplex that i am holding a ton of it right now. So with the addition of a few extra fats here in there i that i don't "normally" eat, i can tell the difference in the amount of water im holding on me. I think that over the next week of solo estane and then into PCT with the addition of the suppress-c, i will shed the water weight and i can give everyone a better glimpse of the gains.
Now i did mention that i did cardio, Before cycle i was doing at least 20minutes of moderate intensity cardio three times a week. Ive recently got a little lazy, and kind of went for the all out gain gain gain type of mindset and only have been doing cardio for 15 minutes twice a week. Now my cardio is usually in the morning on an empty stomach or late at night with an empty stomach.
With that being said, plus the fact that i have always been a fat kid, hence the gyno that i already have from puberty, and the fact that being 80lbs overweight is what got me into the weightlifting game in the first place. I can see where you might think im just putting on fat.
I know my pictures dont always show a good view, and my friend did steal my camera so i can't take better ones, But i will try to get some new views up.
For a better analysis of the whole cycle i think you should follow it through the next couple weeks, as i know i will lean up a tad, and be able to show you that i have made some nice gains.
