yeah pretty much now that im taking the estane and the formestane is kicking in. The first two weeks were pretty wet, i could tell i looked puffy. Now im definitely leaner and dryer.

up another 5lbs and so far ive gained 15lbs in the first three weeks of this cycle. Pretty impressive results so far, as far as weight gain. Still waiting from some size to come in, can see some gains creeping in here and there.

But all is pretty good, been having some slight head nausea, same as the other morning, but i think it might still be some small flu left in my system or something.

workout was great today, especially for it being a leg day. I was waiting on the guy i work out with for a while so i did some dips before the workout. and i did some pushups a little while ago. Oh and i have some MRI WAR that i tried today. I don't usually like muscle tech garbage, but i have to say i prefer their Intravol product over MRI WAR.

yeah like i was telling the guy i work out with, i dont really care that much about my legs anymore. I still train them as much as everything else, but i already have to get pants/shorts a couple sizes too big to fit over my quads. Plus i have no real desire to ever compete, so im happy with what i do right now.

wow today was kind of like a roller coaster off up and downs. First i felt pretty good and looked a little bigger, then i felt pretty lethargic, then i felt ok, then kind of sick and lethargic, then i looked a lot bigger and i even got some questions/comments.

I can't relate the lethargy to pplex/estane because the average temperature for the last couple days has been 98 or so. Plus other people ive been talking to said they have been getting the same symptoms as me, tired, sort of light headed here and there, nausea, etc. Pretty much the heat sucks. I mean when im sitting in ok temperatures, i feel alright, so i don't think it is the pplex/estane, but i will keep an eye on it.

As for the good news, i got asked if i was taking steroids, and that i looked like ive kind of blown up. I have noticed a size increase of the last two days. I went to put on my $60 hurley board shorts today and they where so tight on my legs that they were too uncomfortable to wear. Plus a couple of my nice shirts dont fit anymore either. Its all cool for me though, the bigger the better.

tomorrow is chest/triceps and this week me and the guy i workout with are switching things up a tiny bit. New routine from here on will pretty much stay like this.

Monday: chest/tris
Tuesday: back/bis
Wednesday: off
Thursday: legs
Friday: shoulders/traps/tris
Saturday: back(touch up)/bis
Sunday: off

Basically everything sort of stays the same, just nothing rotates and we throw in a little bit of triceps on shoulder day. Plus Saturday wont be a full on workout exactly. More like some pullups, chinups, and some biceps.

Overall today wasn't bad. I felt really good in the gym and i definitely worked to failure today, couldn't do more then 2 dips at the end of chest/tris. I can tell my recovery is through the roof, because i feel fine right now, where as before i would of felt really sore. I decided to throw in the WAR today because i can run it for the last two weeks of my cycle and at least three weeks into pct, PCT will probably only last 3-4 weeks anyway.

I had slight headache today, it was most likely the heat, and it sucks that i cant give the products 100% percent attention because of the damn heat. Other then that, i have a few pimples popping up, but everything else is good. Libido is a little touchy, some days it is normal and days like today, i can't stop checking out girls, and well you get the point.

Awesome dude! You are getting some great results! I am going to bestarting a low dose pplex estane run 20/30 for the entire 4 weeks. Just looking to harden up and get some strength gains. Your cycle looks awesome! Nicely done.

you will notice some gains on 20mg, i did the first 5 days i did 20mg, but i think 30mg for pplex is a nice medium.

havnt really noticed any sides yet. Plus i haven't really been focusing on strength too much with doing higher reps. I do notice that im starting to use weights that i would normally only be able to do say 7 reps i can now do 11 reps. i think it was week one that i tried to do bench press 225x11 and only got 7 reps, now i can get sets of 11

I was looking at my pplex today and somehow i gained two capsules. So i guess the next two days, the last two days of pplex, I'm going to run pplex at 50mg.

Other then that nothing to really report.

I did squats today for the first time since i was on my hdrol cycle back in December of 08. They felt good, i went with no weight belt, no knee wraps, etc. After my last set my back was cramping pretty hard, but went away.

Wow that is a total of 21-23lbs of weight gained so far in 4 weeks!!!

wow what a day. I got in a car accident on the way to the gym today. So in short my workout was a little lagging today.

Some dumbass cut out of a gas station across three lanes and hit me in a turning lane, t-boned me on the driver side. Luckily i wasn't riding my bike or speeding. Because he took out the front end of my ****ing 87 s-10 pickup. I was going to get out and beat the living **** out of him, but i had to calm myself down.

Anyways, when i finally made it to the gym i was a little banged up, tired, etc. But i still had a decent workout.

Hey I have a few comments & questions about Harland's progress....Im still relatively new to AM, and Im still on the fence about using PH's. I have been in the iron game since the early 90's, IMO have an above average knowledge in training...Some of what I have to say is gonna be a weird combination of first hand experience in the gym, but some admitted naivety in the PH/steroid arena. Ive been back in the gym pretty serious for the past few months, planning to back in full stride by next Spring. Stay tuned for before/after pics.

With that said...looking at your pics and bio you're a good sized 22 year old. It took me 16 more years to achieve similar results (Im 205lbs in shape). I'm 38 and we could workout with relatively the same weights (when Im back 100%). Keep in mind the only PH/steroid I've ever tried was the infamous Androstene and Androdiol back in the late 90's. I only did one cycle. Anyway, although I do see the progress you dont look very lean...and according to your log your stacking a few PH's, correct? Looking at your diet plan, it appears you eat well, but are you truly "Locked In"....Again not trying to be too critical, but If I go the PH route I want to make sure I do the one that renders the best gains. Ultimately everyone will end up with different results, whether its PH or oil's, but I want to be 99.999 % sure before I do my first cycle.


Do you do any cardio? I didnt see any listed in your training logs, and your goals might not call for it, not really sure. Do you think doing cardio would affect the particular PH's that your cycling/stacking? Your side twisting pose looks good, but you looked slightly bloated in your video clip, and facing the camera. Again not being overly critical just looking for solid feedback...Keep Training Hard!!

oh yeah i am locked in....

firstly i was eating the exact same diet about 6 weeks before i started the cycle and hovered around 223, going down and coming back up. With some small noticable gains. The only thing that i have changed in my diet was the addition of more fish oil, more chicken, beef, fish, one protein bar a day(i have a ton of them, its a long story, but im trying to get rid of them) and maybe eating another meal "out" during the week. So my diet is still pretty clean.

The addition of the bloat is definitely from the pplex. As i tend to naturally hold a good amount of water, i can tell with the pplex that i am holding a ton of it right now. So with the addition of a few extra fats here in there i that i don't "normally" eat, i can tell the difference in the amount of water im holding on me. I think that over the next week of solo estane and then into PCT with the addition of the suppress-c, i will shed the water weight and i can give everyone a better glimpse of the gains.

Now i did mention that i did cardio, Before cycle i was doing at least 20minutes of moderate intensity cardio three times a week. Ive recently got a little lazy, and kind of went for the all out gain gain gain type of mindset and only have been doing cardio for 15 minutes twice a week. Now my cardio is usually in the morning on an empty stomach or late at night with an empty stomach.

With that being said, plus the fact that i have always been a fat kid, hence the gyno that i already have from puberty, and the fact that being 80lbs overweight is what got me into the weightlifting game in the first place. I can see where you might think im just putting on fat.

I know my pictures dont always show a good view, and my friend did steal my camera so i can't take better ones, But i will try to get some new views up.

For a better analysis of the whole cycle i think you should follow it through the next couple weeks, as i know i will lean up a tad, and be able to show you that i have made some nice gains.

i took this pic yesterday but forgot to upload it, it better shows my abs... you can see there are there, lol, but has some water and fat on top of them. I will try to update with more shots of my abs through the end of my cycle, to maybe get a better understanding of the leaness aspect.
