I thought I would share my experience with this H-drol cycle:
Objective: Gain noticeable size and strength (bulking).
Pre Cycle Stats: I started at a body weight of 170 pounds and a bf of 11%.*
This was my first "real" cycle of anything, unless you consider Liquid Masterdrol a prohormone.*
Cycle: I did five weeks at 50/50/75/75/75 and ran CEL's Cycle Assist the entire time as per their suggestions.*
Strength: Went up dramatically in the first three weeks.* Benching went from 225 to 265.* Squats went from 265 to 315.* All other lifts were up about the same percent.* During the last two weeks of the cycle, there were no additional gains in strength or endurance.
Size: Like the strength, the initial change was most pronounced during the first three weeks.* While nothing dramatic in terms of size, enough to have people comment and question what "all are you doing" in the gym.* During the last two weeks, there was no additional size increases.
Side Effects: None that I am aware of at all.* I have had none of the side effects that some people mention from H-drol.* I felt great the entire time.* One issue, and I do not know if it would be considered a side effect of the H-drol, are some sore elbow joints.* But, that may be more directly related to the heavier lifting, which of course was made possible by the H-drol, but that would be my only comment.
Post Cycle Stats: My ending weight is now 176 pounds, and bf has remained the exact same, as done with multiple caliper measurements.* My diet was for the most part clean, with only one "cheat day" per week.* I was eating around 3000 to 3500 calories per day.* Every body part was hit hard about every five days.* Minimal cardio during the cycle.
PCT: As it seems the H-drol is more mild, my PCT consists of Novedex XT for four weeks, with Lean FX starting after one week into PCT.
Conclusion: I am very happy and impressed with my results of H-drol. I found it interesting that all my gains happened during the first three weeks and nothing else seemed to happen at all during the last two. I worked very hard during the cycle, never skipped a workout, and have been rewarded with 6 new pounds of muscle that I hope can stick around!
