H-DROL Cycle..(First)

Hey guys,

I know there's a gazillion threads on H-Drol but that's just it, there's so many I wanted to have one tailored to me.

I'm currently 28yrs old, 5'10, around 195lbs..I usually do full body workouts 2x per week, and cardio every chance I get, probably 5 to 6 times a week.

I am in decent shape but can stand to recomp. I've heard H-Drol is excellent for this and is also very light on sides for a first PH.

I have used 11-OXO in the past, but that's as far with my PH use as I have gotten. (6 caps a day, 3-3.)

I was planning on ordering 2 bottles of H-Drol with CEL's Cycle Assist, and was curious as to what recommendations you have for dosing at my weight/height/experience, and also what you may recommend as a proper PCT for H-Drol.

I also wanted to add that I currently supplement with the ACES + B complex in substitute of a multi, 3grams of Fish Oil EPA a day and consume near a gallon of water.
 
First off good luck with your first cycle!! This was also my first cycle last October and it was cool. No sides and my libido was way up and the wifey was happy!! I took 50mg=2 pills a day, evenly spread out. I gained 18 pounds but lost 5 during pct. I was very lean and solid during the cycle. More defined in appearance. Very pleased!! I weighed 205lbs when i started it. I wish I would of went up to 75mgs=3 pills a day tho. Good luck :cheers:
 
Since its your first time, I'd start out at 50mg/day for the first 2 weeks, then assess how things are going and raise it to 75mg/day for the rest of the cycle.

It is a pretty mild compound, but keep an eye on your blood pressure. I think you will enjoy the cycle. Only other thing I might suggest is to maybe get in the gym 1 or 2 more days a week while you are on.
