well the 1st thing you must know is there's no such thing as a "bulking" or "cutting" compound. there are however certain ph/ps that are better for bulking or cutting, e.g. hdrol,epi and havoc are considered good for cutting because of the dry nature of the compounds (they will not hold a lot of water in the body) where as phera-plex will hold more water and is considered a "bulker". but if i eat 1500 cals above my usual intake then no matter wtf i take, i'm bulking, maybe not holding alot of water but still. now for a person who is new or newer to the ph/ps world i would suggest hdrol, and eating a hella lot of food, good lean food, but a lot of it. if you have a problem eating a lot then one would want to start there first and then consider ph/ps. there is enough hdrol info on this board to make a phone book if one printed it out....so?:gotsearch
