6 Month Plan

So I am getting ready to deploy again and need to get my a$$ back into the shape I was in last year.

Just a little background: When I got home from my last deployment I was 195 lbs at 6-8%. Well after a death in the family, a close friend getting killed in Afghanistan, a crazy work schedule for the last year and workups for this deployment, my personal dedication to diet and working out has suffered greatly. I am now around 200 and 15-18%

So here's the plan for the next 6 months:

1st 6 weeks: go on a cut. Get my bodyfat as low as possible in that time, get back into the swing of things in the gym and get my body primed to pack on the pounds gain.

Next 12 weeks: All out bulk. Not saying a dirty bulk by any means but the goal is to keep the level of leanness attained over the 6 wk cut and pack on the meat.

Last 6 wks: Cut again to strip away any fat that may have accumulated on the bulk.

So the question is what sups would you recommend for the 3 phases.

I was thinking Epi for the first cut, then SD/clone for the later half of the bulk, then epi again for the last cut.

I have used SD twice before and loved it. Haven't used epi yet.

As far as the diet goes, that is still up in the air since I dont yet know what foods will be available to me.

I am completely receptive to any and all suggestions as I have been completely out of things for a while now and am not as up to speed on the available products as I once was. So if anyone has a completely different idea than I already posed, lets hear it pls.

Thanls in advance for y'alls help.

That is not enough "off" time between those cycles at all. I recommend doing a 4 week cycle of PP , followed by a 4 week PCT THEN 2-3 months after that run E-stane or Hdrol for a recomp

Ya, you're right. As soon as I hit the enter button I should have edited it.

Besides, I think I will have more than 6 months anyway. I was leaning towards Epi and SD since I have those on hand already.

Based on you're recommendations and what I have on hand, would you recommend doing a 4 wk Epi, then PCT, then 8-12 wks off. Follow that by a SD run?

What exactly are your goals with this? How tall are you? Assuming that you are about 5'10" and went from 195 6-8% to 200 15-18% I would say that all that cutting is not necessary. Bulk up clean and you'll trim up as well as get bigger. Otherwise you also said you are deploying. Why such the need to cut so much before a deployment? You know you'll trim up over there. Body's metabolism just runs faster in those environments.

You're right in that I really dont need to cut up that much. I just feel like a fat slob after being out of the swing of things for so long. And as for the deployment, I am going to be filling a BS staff job so I dont think my metabolism is going to ramp up unless I am getting plenty of PT.

So I am on the fence again of cutting first, then going into a bulk or rolling into a recomp for 8-12 wks and see where I land.

Any suggestions

I'd get diet in check hit the gym hard for a bit, maybe hit up an Epi or Hdrol cycle and then just stay hard on the diet and gym. I'm sure you will find that you end up melting down some of that BF as well as put on size. I would not however like mentioned above take that much substance so close together. What kind of fitness are you looking for? True overall fitness or size? Or just trim up?

Priority 1: Get the diet in check!!! As weird as it sounds, I find it easier to have the diet in check while over seas because there are far fewer distractions.

Priority 2: Rededicte myself to hitting the weights with a vengance. Again, easier to do on deployment: no distractions.

Fitness Goals: I guess you can say I want both overall fitness and size. I have found in the past that as long as my diet is in check and I am hitting the weights hard I can achieve both.

As far as the supps, I fully realize that they are just that, supplementary. Nothing can replace a diet that is in check and putting out with the weights.

So if I do the first 4-6 weeks, or more, with diet, excercise and the basics only, I am totally fine with that.

I totally know what you mean about diet etc while on deployments. Especially with the chow halls available now.

Sounds like you got things in line. You ever crossfit?

Ya, Crossfit is an absolute ball buster. It definately has it's place. You have any experience with it?

In an ealier post you mentioned something about H-Drol. What's you experience with that product? How does it compare to Epi or SD?

Love crossfit.

Never used hdrol. it's pretty mild though but has nice strength gains from it. From my understanding. I'm about to run a cycle of havoc and am super excited about it. It will be my first time running a steroid, but been researching for quite some time.
