3-5 days pre first m-drol pill, and continued during cycle
700mg milk thistle
COQ-10 100mg
Fish oils
Multivitamin (probably animal pak)
Taurine necessary?
edit- also triflex (msm, glucos, chond) because my joints tend to hurt after about 2 years of working out
20/20/30 of mdrol , might adjust these numbers, not sure yet as i havent taken it before.
Nano-vapor or some other N.O. product, i've got tons to pick from.
Creatine during cycle or only post cycle? i've heard mixed reviews on this.
aiming for 1.5g / lb of body weight in protein
post cycle-
tamoxifen citrate ( or clomid? or both? need suggestions on this part.)
also suggestions on a good test booster, novedex XT or 6OXO?
will this be good to go?
