Everybody recommends having a SERM on hand?

Having a SERM on hand when on cycle would be a great thing. The only problem is they're not over the counter and as such very difficult to procure. I'd like to have some Nolvadex just in case but I have no clue how to get it. Is there something I don't know? Everybody recommends having one like they're so easy to obtain, are they?

If you can't get a SERM, don't do steroids. It's pretty simple.
