    Weneed 2 testers here. Only the elite will be selected to run these, and have a chance to be featured on our website!

    Welcome aboard to another super tester thread. I recently started dieting, and was doing an X Factor cycle. (I still am) and here were my results:

    Before:
    34.5 inch hips
    192

    (this is fully into the cutting cycle, after 3 weeks in the diet)

    After 29 days (just 5 days after the kick of DOMS)
    34 inches hips (-.5")
    195 (+2lbb.)

    This clearly indicates the magnificient power of X Factor for recomp.

    You will be offered:

    3 bottles of X Factor (ran at 1 gr. for 75 days)
    Neogenixx Regenesen (1 bottle)

    This should be interesting to see. I personnaly suggest the testers do 2 caps of the regenesen, since we want to keep our joints in good health without sacrificing training.

    You will be definetly considered if you are preparing for a show because this indicates how motivated you are to reach your goals, and I want these logs to be a success.

    Conditions:
    - You MUST post Before and after pics and measurements
    - You must log at least 4 times a week
    - You must log on 2 different forums (bodyofscience. com and another one of your choice) you can copy paste no problem.

    Pictures (before and after) must be taken under the same conditions. (light etc.) as they might be in the website.

    hey, it's a coincidence that this oppertunity has come up to test X-Factor as it was on my 'to do' list anyhow. But anyhow, i was just over on UK-Muscle reading a thread about X-Factor where some guys were offered to trial the product but it never came through i think, so I would run a log over there so that the UK users get to hear about the product and form an opinion as at the moment, there are a lot of critics.

    So a little about me, training 2-3 years, diet is near perfect, i have experience running various supplements which maybe deemed 'exotic' over on the UK boards as they aren't as upto date as the US. Just finished bulking, weighing 214lb at 5 ft 8...and just recovering from a back injury so my training is gathering momentum again.


    Anyhow, drop me a message back, i'm not sure if being from the UK will exclude me or not but like i say i will run the log on the UK Board and here, and will remain completely unbias...i've tried MassFX/Hyperdrol X2/Retain 2 and have recently tried USPLABS Anabolic Pump and RPM/Drive all to good effect, i'd say i'm quite responsive to supplements.

    Ok training objective is muscle size, strength is secondary...i've recently finished a 5x5 type routine in which i added some good size/strength and have now switched to more volume training in order to deload and switch things up a bit after getting an injury.
    Height 5 ft 8
    Weight: 214
    BF: Guestimate 18-20%
    Would be using X-Factor to complete a cut along with reduced calories and steady state cardio and basic supplementation including multivit, whey protein, creatine, glutamine and some caffeine. I have no previous experience logging supplements but have read many logs and know what's required.
    Diet is good, i'm not a calorie counter, if i'm not gaining i up the food and if i'm not loosing weight i reduce the amount of food, like to keep things simple. That said, i've ran a keto diet with success before. I shoot for at least 300 grams protein per day, carbs and fats aren't set in stone, depending upon activity levels that day...food intake is split over 7 meals. I rarely miss a meal or a gym session....if in need of anymore info let me know.

    Yes sir just nabb'd me a digital camera. Only 5.1 mega pixels but it gets the job done.

    I am cutting hardcore right now. It is my first log I posted. After this I plan on moving into a ever lasting lean mass/recomp phase. Eating clean always. I'm tired of the yo-yo bulking cutting. I'm getting lean and staying there, No cheating! Well maybe a meal or 2 here and there.


    EDIT: I am a carb sensative guy and if I could employ P-Slin/AP/NeoVar 2.0...that'd be great. I have used all before and on more than one occasion. So I know exactly what they bring to the table

    I generally keep the reps in the 8-12 range with 7-10 sets per muscle. I have a 3-4 second eccentric contraction and focus on both strength and muscular hypertrophy. I am taking a several week hiatus from MMA since I am about to start Graduate School, but will return to training at some point in September.

    Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): My cardio schedule is more for nutrient repartitioning and to keep BF down. It varies from 30 minutes in an elliptical to 3-5 miles of running.

    Current Supplements (exact brand/product name): Xtend, Kwik Karb, SuperCarb, Poseidon, Magnesium

    Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I will be adding some extra calories over the next few months to add some LBM. I will be aiming for 3300-3500 calories at about a 30/50/20 ratio of protein/carbs/fats

    Current Daily water intake: 1-1.25 gallons per day

    Short Term Goal: Add 5-7 lbs of LBM and increase strength on core lifts

    Long Term Goal: Continue to increase my strength and body composition while still being able to make 170 lbs

    definately. the before would be scary, but thats why they call it motivation

    Not pretty my friends but its a start. Ive had two shoulder surgeries with one being in the last 6 months. Ive put on alot of weight in that time while i recovered and didnt take care of myself. Its time to get back on the road to a better life

I have trained all different styles from high volume to Westside or DoggCrapp...I will be switching to DC Training again starting August 4th.

    THURSDAY: Legs
    Squats 3 sets of 10

    Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): cardio every day with heart rate between 111 and 133 for 60 minutes. I always do the elliptical.

    I basically eat the same thing everyday...extra lean ground beef with a little bit of brown gravy, a little bit of veggies, and the rest of my carbs are pwo.

    Short Term Goal: 180# or 10%bf by Oct 1st

    Long Term Goal: Compete in BB

    Training experience (as much detail as possible): Trained sence high school without great results due to diet,motivation and actual training. Then you could say i had a mid-life crisis and thought i need to get serious so for last year been hitting it hard and put on 40 pounds. Start weight was 150 now at 190 solid.

    Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
    Mon.chest
    Tue. legs
    Wen. shoulders
    Thur. back
    Fri. arms
    Sat. cardio

    For last 13 weeks I was bulking and was using heavy weight with low reps now I'm switching it by doing lwer weight high reps with at least 4-5 sets per exercise.

    I do cardio now every 2 days and allways on sat. It conssts of treadmill for 20min or actual running. On sat i hike or mountain bike ride.

Im old, ive had to sit on the sidelines for awhile and have put on some unwanted fat along the way but Im ready to find the new me no matter how long or how hard it takes.

    Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): I have been training for close to 6 years, 5 serious. My body has had plenty up and downs. I was once a great athlete but rail thin. I stopped playing sports and become a couch potato my first year of college. I went from a healthy 185 to an unhealthy 260lbs. Liver values were both over 100, HDL was low, LDL high, I had 0 endurance!! I picked up a Mens health mag and haven't looked back since. I dropped down to 205lbs and bulked back up to 255lbs before re-comping. Then the injury bug hit and then laziness hit and I was starting back over again. Present day I am somewhere in the middle looking to bulk back up.

    Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Weight training routine varies so I will not post anything for it, usually a 4 day split working chest/biceps, shoulers, legs and back/triceps. Rep ranges are usually between 8-12, for me seems to be best for strength and mass gaining.

    Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I do some running, some swimming during the summer but most comes from heavy bag muay thai work.

    Current supplements:
    AEN- Intracell
    AEN- Intrabolic
    GNC- Creatine Mono
    ACES, B-Complex, Green Tea Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Hawthrone Berry Extract, additional B-12, Fish oil and Flaxseed.

    Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):

    6:00 AM- 1/2 cup of berries(usually mixed), 1 cup of oatmeal, 3 whole eggs, 4 egg whites.

    8:30 AM- Protein Shake with yogurt.

    11:30 AM- 2 turkey burger patties on 2 slices of Whole wheat Bread(9g of fiber), salad with homemade dressing, plus another serving of veggies.

    2:30 PM- Peanut Butter Sandwhich on whole wheat bread(9g of fiber)

    4:30 PM- Protein Shake with berries, yogurt.

    6:30 PM- Protein Shake with maltodextrin

    7:45 PM- Dinner, whatever my wife cooks.

    10:00 PM - Protein Shake, added fiber, berries.

    Been adding alot of squash and mushrooms lately.

    Current Daily water intake: 1-2 gallons

    Which GOAL- Bulking

    I was one day into a designer cycle but I was told I was going out of town for 5 weeks for work. Now I am not and I would like to give X-factor another try.

    I ran it once (half cycle) due to acid reflux which I thought was caused from the X-factor...fatty intake seems to cause it with me. But I believe there were alot more contributing factors.

    Acid reflux sucks!!!

    Your GERD flare-up may have had something to do with the inflammation caused by Ara but, as you said, may not have been the ONLY factor. I know when I get stressed and my diet gets off, my Acid Reflux acts up. Orange Juice at night doesn't help either

    uncfan, you sound like me. i was a healthy 195 and ballooned during a couple shoulder surgeries. I got depressed and didnt do anything to get out of my depression but eat. Thats changing!
